This Grade II listed building was once a magistrate’s court that saw the trials of many famous people, including Oscar Wilde and John Lennon, in its time. Now it welcomes guests from all over the world into its stylish interior which has retained many of its original features including the judge’s bench and witness dock located in The Silk Restaurant.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at The Carnaby Restaurant, you’ll be greeted by staff and shown to your table where you’ll enjoy your Champagne afternoon tea for two featuring finger sandwiches, pastries, cakes, scones with clotted cream and preserves, served with your choice of tea and of course a glass of chilled Champagne each.
A stone’s throw away from the famous Liberty’s department store and the shopping paradise of Bond Street, Regent Street and Carnaby Street, the Courthouse Hotel is situated in a former, Grade II Listed, Magistrates Court, retaining much of its original historical features with a modern twist.
Need to know
This experience is available seven days a week, excluding selected public holidays such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day. Tables can be booked from 13.00 to 16.30. Please contact the supplier when making a booking for updated availability.
It is recommended that you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. This is only a guideline and we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on your voucher. All bookings are subject to availability.
How long should I allow for this experience?
Your Champagne afternoon tea for two will last approximately one hour, but you are welcome to relax in the comfortable surroundings for as long as you wish.

Your voucher is valid for five months from the date of issue, kindly note that you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date as vouchers may not be extended beyond their expiration date.

What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
