You will receive Jean-Christophe’s expert instruction on how to produce a range of gourmet dishes using the finest ingredients. What happens on the day?
On arrival at the Novelli Academy, a converted 14th century farmhouse, you will meet with the group and join Jean-Christophe Novelli himself for a day of demonstrations and tastings.
You will watch Jean-Christophe Novelli, the award winning chef, as he demonstrates how to prepare gourmet dishes using the finest local produce and ingredients. He will reveal secrets behind the correct use of seasonings from fresh garlic to chocolate to name but a few. The course will be inspirational and enlightening and guaranteed to add new dimensions to your cooking
Need to know
Courses are held on selected weekend dates from mid February to December.
We recommend you book at least eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. This is only a guideline and we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on your voucher. All bookings are subject to availability.
How long should I allow for this experience?
Courses usually start at 11.00 and finish at 17.00, kindly note these timings are approximate and subject to change. Doors open approximately 30 minutes prior to the start time – it is requested that customers do not arrive any earlier than this, so that the Academy team can complete their preparations
Kindly note that this course is based on demonstrations and tastings and participants will not be cooking.
Lunch and beverages are included. You will need to advise of any food allergies or special requirements at the time of booking.
Unfortunately there is no disabled access on site as it has not been possible to modify the 14th century listed building.
Each participant will be provided with his or her own recipe folder.
Kindly note that once a date has been booked for this experience under no circumstances can it be changed or cancelled.
The Academy will require you to send them your voucher to confirm your booking. We recommend you keep a record of your voucher number and use Special Delivery, as your voucher is a valuable document which cannot be replaced if lost.

What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
