You’ll sample cocoa in its natural state and try a selection of different quality and exotically flavoured chocolate. You’ll move on to melting and cooling,to create a giant chocolate button to decorate using techniques learned from the chocolatier. After which, you will set about decorating gooey fudge with toppings such as white chocolate flakes and strawberry curls. … you should have plenty to take home, assuming you don’t eat them all at the workshop.
