Raymond Blanc is an award-winning chef with an OBE for his work in the kitchen. Blanc has appeared on many TV shows over the years, including ‘The Restaurant’ which ran for three series, and has published several books. At Brasserie Blanc you will be in for a treat with a variety of hearty French dishes to choose from.
Take your pick from Southbank, St Paul's, Chancery Lane, Charlotte Street,Trinity Square in London plus Milton Keynes and Bristol and enjoy a 125ml glass of wine with your choice of courses, from a set menu, all devised by Raymond Blanc himself. His restaurants follow a doctrine of using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients so you can be sure your meal will be of the best quality.

What happens on the day?
When you and your lucky friend or partner arrive at your chosen brasserie at your pre-booked time, you will be shown to your table and be offered the menu so you can choose your courses from a careful selection of hearty French dishes.
You will each be served a 125ml glass of house wine or half a pint of Kronenberg before you tuck into your two-course meal of either a starter and main or main and dessert from a set menu. There will be at least three choices per course, so you are sure to find something to tickle your taste buds.

- Under 18s will be served a soft drink
The meal can be booked seven days a week (except Tower of London, St Paul’s and Chancery Lane which are only available Monday to Friday) January to November. Date restrictions may apply.
Monday to Friday (12.00 to 14.45 and 17.00 to 22.30)
Saturday (12.00 to 23.00)
Sunday (12.00 to 21.00)
Please note: at the Tower of London, St Paul’s and Chancery Lane restaurant bookings can only be made from 14.30 to close.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. This is only a guideline and we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on your voucher. All bookings are subject to availability.
How long should I allow for this experience?
Please allow approximately 2 hours for the whole experience.
Any additional drinks or food items will incur a charge payable on the day.
Please note - a 12.5% discretionary service charge will be added to your final bill.
Vegetarian options are also available and please let the restaurant know of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.

What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
