Ejoy a return journey to the studios from central London on a special Double Decker bus and once at the location stroll at your own pace down Diagon Alley and see all the familiar shop fronts. Witness the costumes and props like Harry’s Nimbus 2000 and their intricate detailing, and learn about the animatronics and special effects that help bring this magical story to life. What happens on the day?
On arrival at the departure point in Buckingham Palace Road, London, you will board the special Harry Potter Double Decker bus, with TV screens showing various different Warner Bros. trailers and material.
When you arrive at the studio, you will be handed your tickets from the driver as you depart the coach and will be directed to the admission point. The initial entry involves a video clip of interviews with cast members and the history of the making of Harry Potter. After the video you will be guided in to the studios where you are free to wander around at your own pace. Once you have finished your tour you can browse in the shop before returning to the bus.

The experience is available seven days a week, throughout the year, subject to availability. Some date exclusions including 25th and 26th December may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. This is only a guideline and we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on your voucher. All bookings are subject to availability.
How long should I allow for this experience?
Please allow approximately seven hours 30 minutes from arrival to return.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your selected departure time from Victoria.
Please ensure that you are at the coach at least 15 minutes before your departure time back to Victoria.
Please note: no food or drink is allowed aboard the coach.
There is a cafeteria, at the studio, with a range of hot and cold food (e.g. bacon rolls, sandwiches, plus a selection of drinks – e.g. lemonade, water plus a Starbucks café is on site). No food or drinks are included in this experience.
Babies under 3 may be included free of charge.
Please note: When making your booking you must mention if a baby’s place is required, as allocation will need to be made on the bus. Baby changing and milk warming facilities are available at the Studio but there are no toilet or other facilities on the bus.
If taking an infant (3 to 4 years old) admission to the tour is free, but if they are not included in your voucher a fee will be charged by the supplier for a seat on the bus (as a legal requirement).
Please note - Warner Brothers Studio Tours Admission for visitors with disabilities is charged at the standard rate and one helper is welcome without charge. Helpers will be asked for proof on entry e.g. letter/notice of entitlement for Disability Living Allowance, a letter/notice of entitlement for Invalidity Benefit or a Freedom pass with a 'D' on it. You must mention when making your booking if a carer will be present as a seat will need to be allocated on the bus. There is one wheelchair space on each bus – please mention when booking if this space will be required.

What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
