Treat yourselves to a delicious array of homemade sweet and savoury treats with this Afternoon Tea for Two at Stanwell House Boutique Hotel.
Dating back to the 18th Century, the Stanwell House Boutique Hotel is filled with Georgian charm and a great place to stop off for a delightful afternoon tea. In the hotel’s restaurant you’ll be seated before tucking into a selection of finger sandwiches, home-baked dainty pastries, cakes and treats, and a scone each straight from the oven with lashings of cream and jam.
Of course, it wouldn’t be an afternoon tea without a hot drink, and you’ll have your choice from a collection of teas, freshly-brewed coffee or even a hot chocolate to top things off.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at the Stanwell House Boutique Hotel you’ll be welcomed by the staff at reception before being shown through to the restaurant and your pre-booked table.
Once you’ve taken your seats you can make your choice of tea, coffee or hot chocolate before tucking into freshly-made sandwiches, a scone each straight out of the oven and a selection of five home-baked dainty treats.

- Under 18s must be accompanied by a full paying adult

Availability
Available seven days a week from 15.00 to 18.00. Date restrictions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow approximately 1 hour 30 minutes for the full experience.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
Please ensure you are familiar with the terms and conditions of the experience.
How it works
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

"Afternoon tea"
I was given this as a gift for my birthday I took my daughter with me the staff were all friendly but the tea itself was disappointing the sandwiches were nice and fresh but the scones were hard ( overdone) and the cake selection We had I felt was a little bland and they were dry
