Get ready to put your deductive skills to the test as you race against time to escape the room. Do you and your team have what it takes to break out?

You’ll have to work together to solve puzzles, unpick riddles and overcome challenges, putting all the pieces together in order to escape. Tackle a deadly virus to save humanity, navigate your way out of a locked room in Crimson Lake Hotel, or go deep behind enemy lines to stop a missile strike – with fourteen hair-raising breakout rooms for you to choose from, you’re guaranteed an immersive and thrilling experience.

There’ll be a game operator at hand to offer hints when needed, but don’t be fooled into thinking it’ll make things easy – escaping is all down to you. A memorable adventure for anyone looking to try something different, Breakout Manchester is adrenalin, escapism and logic all rolled into one fantastic experience.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, while government restrictions apply in relation to Covid-19 we are offering free extensions on all experiences so you can take your experience when the time is right.

What happens on the day?

You’ll arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time, where you’ll meet your game operator and receive a health and safety brief.

Then it’s on to a test of your mental skills as you and your team work together to discover and solve hidden clues and puzzles. With an hour to escape one of Breakout Manchester’s fourteen thrilling rooms, it’s an experience you won’t forget in a hurry!

Participant guidelines

Under 16s must be accompanied by a full paying adult
If you are heavily intoxicated when you reach the game centre you will not, under any circumstances, be allowed to play the game and you will not be refunded
The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary

Availability

The experience runs on selected dates throughout the year, subject to availability

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow 1 hour 10 minutes for the full experience (includes 10 minutes for health and safety briefing).

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
