What happens on the day?

On arrival at your chosen Café Rouge restaurant, you’ll be greeted by a member of staff, where you’ll simply present your QR code and be shown through to your pre-booked table.

Once settled, you’ll be provided with the Afternoon Tea menu to choose your Croque, before tucking in to a delicious array of sweet and savoury treats presented on a classic three-tiered stand.

Availability

Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue, kindly note that you must have taken your experience before the expiry date.

You must make a booking or you will be refused entry.

This experience is available seven days a week (Monday to Friday 12.00 to 17.30, Saturday and Sunday 14.00 to 17.30). Excluded dates including bank holidays Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Bank Holidays, 16 to 25 and 31 December will apply.

Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, set menu, kids menu, promotion or voucher

Cannot be used in conjunction with Tesco Clubcard points or vouchers.
Excludes Center Parcs, Cafe Rouge Euston and O2 Arena on event days.
Not valid at Café Rouge Edinburgh during August and on event days at Murrayfield or Edinburgh Castle

We recommend you validate your voucher at least seven working days in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability. Bookings must be made online at least 24 hours in advance.

Please allow approximately up to 1 hour 30 minutes for the whole experience.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
