"Great January escape!"

My friend and I used this to have a 2 night stay in London. We did the afternoon tea on day 1 so we could it in with some shopping. Booking the tea was quite a challenge as I kept being told to ring back but the experience was very nice. We got what we paid for.
We did the boat trip on day 2 which was wonderful- the crew were very friendly going on the first leg and very interesting facts/ commentary.
Thoroughly enjoyable experiences

The 'cruise boat' was rather grubby and tired looking. We were put in a tiny, bland room at the hotel for Champagne Tea, out of the way of the rest of the hotel. 2 extra glasses of champagne cost over £22! Cakes were revolting! Would be better off booking the trip separately and going somewhere much nicer. Disappointing as was to celebrate a special birthday, sadly it didn't feel like a special experience. Would not recommend.

"Well worth it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

Excellent afternoon tea in the heart of Londons Shopping District....nearest tube Oxford Circus.

Cruise was lovely and you can hop on and hop off along different routes on the Thames. Tip* Make sure you swap the vouchers at the ticket office at the quay before boarding.

"Fun day out."

A good birthday treat for friend or family. Good fun on the riverboat cruise (allow 3 - 4 hours to cruise Westminster - Greenwich and back again) then mad dash to Courthouse Hotel for a relaxing champagne tea.

"Great day out"

The afternoon tea at the Court House hotel was superb. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was fresh and delicious.
The River cruise was fun, but I would advise getting your ticket early in the day to make the most of it. It lasts for 24 hours however, so if you're staying for two days you could definitely get lots of use out of it.
The experience was great all in all and definitely value for money.

"Superb Day in London"

My husband received voucher for 70th Birthday in April n booked the afternoon tea for 21 June hoping it would be fine. We weren't disappointed as it turned out to be the hottest day for some years. We had a fabulous champagne tea at 1pm with friendly service. The hotel overlooked Carnaby Street. We then went on n the river cruise till 6.30pm. There was a commentary giving lots of useful information. We both enjoyed this superb day out.

"Great day out"

I had champagne afternoon tea and a river cruise with my sister as a birthday gift. We both had a fantastic day. We had a few dietary requirements and the restaurant was so accommodating and friendly. The cruise was even better than expected too - the crew gave commentary on the landmarks and were really friendly and a bit cheeky! I would definitely recommend this experience package.

I waited until May to use the voucher in the hope of good weather but that was not to be! We travelled to Greenwich Cutty Sark by rail and DLR and paid to visit the restored Cutty Sark - Wonderful! We then took the river cruise from Greenwich to Westminster with a detour at London Eye to help another City Cruise vessel in trouble! Then by Jubilee Line to Green Park to the Hilton on Half Moon Street coinsidently met another couple on board heading for the same experience so we joined forces and had a srcumptious tea at the Berry Lounge. Wonderful day inspite of the rain.

We spent approximatly 2 and a half hours cruising on the Thames and was kept informed and entertained by a very amusing and interesting commentary along the route. I enjoyed this trip very much and will use this service again in the summer. We were welcomed to the fine hotel and started our tea with Champagne followed by a selection of sandwiches, cakes, pastries and scones. Overall it was very enjoyable and a lovely day out.

We then made our way to the Courthouse Hotel where we were warmly welcomed and shown to our table which was delightful at the curved window seats and tables. It was no trouble for an extra table to be added for our party of seven. Champagne was then brought to us and a soft drink for our grandson. Our son then proposed a toast to my husband and myself to mark our 50th Wedding Anniversary on that very day, this being one of the reasons that we decided to book the Champagne Tea at the hotel. This was followed by the excellent afternoon tea which our family all enjoyed especially our 8 year old grandson. The river cruise was also very good, we travelled from Waterloo the short distance to the Tower of London, the spring tide on 10th March was explained as being very high. We returned back to Westminister as some of our party needed to get back to Marylebone to get a train home. With regrets we hadn't had more time to travel on down to greenwich on the River cruise who knows, maybe next time!

Gale force winds and rain did not curb our excitement. The crew on the boat were brilliant and entertaining. We enjoyed eels and mash (first time ever) at Greenwich and could have stayed longer but the trains to London had been delayed, so we were later than planned boarding the boat. Afternoon tea was superb (only complaint was the scones had been reheated for too long) Otherwise a magnificent day!

We booked three sets of couples; ourselves, a daughter and husband, and grandson & grandaughter who were all visiting from New Zealand for Christmas and New Year. They wanted to experience London and all it had to offer. We had a wonderful two days! It was an excellent way of seeing the city from the river. We did the afternoon tea the first day and the cruise the second so that 'The river' could take up the full day.
