Set in the heart of London’s bustling shopping and theatre district, the Courthouse Hotel offers a secluded setting to enjoy a Champagne Afternoon Tea for two. Enjoy treats including a chilled glass of Champagne, finger sandwiches, cakes, pastries and warm scones, before heading out and enjoying a leisurely river cruise down the Thames with unlimited hop on and off travel.
You may embark and disembark from the City Cruises piers at Westminster, London Eye, Tower and Greenwich, cruising between them as many times as you wish during one day.
Your cruise will capture all of London’s best-loved sights as it passes St Paul’s Cathedral, The Tower of London, The Houses of Parliament and The London Eye plus many other historic and famous sites. The two of you are sure to have a memorable day full of good food and exciting sights.
On arrival at The Courthouse Hotel you will be greeted by a member of the friendly team and will be shown to your pre-booked table. You will be offered the afternoon tea menu and will be presented with a glass of chilled champagne to enjoy.
Your afternoon tea should include a selection of fine teas, a choice of finger sandwiches and of course scones with cream and jam along with a few cakes. Please note: a discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill.
For your unlimited day of river cruising, you must take your voucher along to the City Cruises ticket office at Westminster, Tower or Greenwich piers on the day you wish to take the cruise and exchange it with the booking staff for an unlimited River Red Rover ticket. You may embark and disembark from the piers at Westminster, London Eye, Tower and Greenwich, cruising between them as many times as you wish during one day.

A lovely tea and boat ride
My friend and I used this to have a 2 night stay in London. We did the afternoon tea on day 1 so we could it in with some shopping. Booking the tea was quite a challenge as I kept being told to ring back but the experience was very nice. We got what we paid for.
We did the boat trip on day 2 which was wonderful- the crew were very friendly going on the first leg and very interesting facts/ commentary.
Thoroughly enjoyable experiences
The 'cruise boat' was rather grubby and tired looking. We were put in a tiny, bland room at the hotel for Champagne Tea, out of the way of the rest of the hotel. 2 extra glasses of champagne cost over £22! Cakes were revolting! Would be better off booking the trip separately and going somewhere much nicer. Disappointing as was to celebrate a special birthday, sadly it didn't feel like a special experience. Would not recommend.
Excellent afternoon tea in the heart of Londons Shopping District....nearest tube Oxford Circus.
Cruise was lovely and you can hop on and hop off along different routes on the Thames. Tip* Make sure you swap the vouchers at the ticket office at the quay before boarding.
A good birthday treat for friend or family. Good fun on the riverboat cruise (allow 3 - 4 hours to cruise Westminster - Greenwich and back again) then mad dash to Courthouse Hotel for a relaxing champagne tea.
