What happens on the day?

Time slots to choose from are either 09.00 to 13.00 or 13.30 to 17.30. On arrival at your pre-booked time at your choice of Bannatyne Health Club, you’ll be welcomed by the friendly staff. From there, enjoy access to the club’s facilities including the swimming pool, sauna and steam room.

During your visit, the two of you can enjoy three pamper treatments, with a total of 55 minutes. Beginning with a Lava Shell Leg massage and a Lava Shell Back, Neck, and Shoulder massage, the third will be your choice of either a facial or scalp massage. You’ll also be given a £5 Retail voucher to be used against £25 purchases as well as 20% discount on food and beverages at some of the locations.

Participant guidelines

• Minimum age: 18
• Participants should be of reasonable health and fitness to enjoy all the facilities on offer (you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire, which will be emailed to you 3 days prior to your booking, before you can take your experience and you may not be able to take certain treatments or use some of the facilities if you have certain medical conditions, alternatively you may be required to obtain a medical certificate)

Availability

The experience is available to book 09.00 to 13.00 or 13.30 to 17.30 seven days a week. Exlusions may apply.

We recommend you book at least eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available.  All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow 4 hours for the whole experience, the actual length of the treatments may vary slightly.  Please check with the supplier at the time of booking.

Please note: Treatment time includes collection from and to the waiting area, a consultation, undress/redress (where applicable) and 'hands-on' treatment time.

Available locations and treatments/facilities offered are subject to COVID-19 restrictions. As a result, certain locations, packages, treatments or facilities may not be available or may be restricted or amended from time to time.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

How it works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
