Explore one of London’s most beautiful locations with a family visit to the Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew. The world’s largest collection of living plants, this UNESCO World Heritage Site features 326 acres of diverse plant life from across the globe. Journey through glasshouses and landscapes shaped over the Garden’s 250 year history.

As well as exploring some of the world’s most famous gardens, you’ll have access to the Royal Kitchens, Palm House, the Rose Garden, Kew Palace, The Princess of Wales Conservatory, and critically acclaimed UK pavilion from the Milan Expo 2015, The Hive. Designed to be an immersive, multi-sensory experience inspired by bees, you’ll be drawn in by hundreds of glowing LEDs and orchestral sounds filling the air. To get the most out of your day, take part in one of the daily tours, allowing you to see the best bits of this amazing destination.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, while government restrictions apply in relation to Covid-19 we are offering free extensions on all experiences so you can take your experience when the time is right.

What happens on the day?

On arrival at Kew, you will need to hand in your voucher at the ticket office where you will receive a map with information on what events are arranged for that day so you can plan your visit.

With so much to see, feel free to spend as long as you wish exploring these fabulous gardens.

Participant guidelines

Adults are deemed to be 17 and over
Children are deemed to be under 17
Disabled access is available throughout the gardens. Kew Palace offers a staff-operated lift to all three of its floors

Availability

Kew Gardens opens daily at 10.00 (except for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day). Closing times vary seasonally.

Kew Palace, along with the associated Royal Kitchens and Queen Charlotte’s Cottage are open annually from Easter to the last weekend in September.

Kew Palace element will not be open until March 2021 but there is plenty to enjoy in the gardens themselves

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
