During the 2 hour tour, you’ll find out how the hit TV series compliments and differs from the books, discover who the character of Sydney Chambers was based on and why James Norton left the show.
You’ll get the chance to see stills from the show at each location, which include Village Hall where Sydney and George head when looking for the missing girl to the pub where Sydney comforts Munir Ali as he drowns his sorrows after the death of his brother, Zafir. With plenty of photo opportunities such as the Church of Saint Andrew and Saint Mary, this tour is not to be missed.

What happens on the day?
Meeting outside the Cambridge Distillery Room, you’ll be warmly welcomed by your guide, ready for the tour to commence.
Promising a comprehensive location tour in the home of the ITV show Grantchester, highlights include the Church of St Andrew and St Mary, Grantchester Meadows and the Village Hall. Along the way, you’ll find out how the TV show compliments and differs from the books, who Sydney Chambers was based on, why James Norton left the show and more. The two-hour tour will see you stroll through the tranquil village, getting a taste of country life.

- Please note that as there will be walking involved in the tour it may not be suitable for those with mobility or health problems

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please book and use your voucher before the date printed.
Tours must be pre-booked and are available on selected Sundays at 14.00, April to September.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow 2 hours for the tour.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
