What happens on the day?

Once you’ve checked into you room you and your guest will be free to change into the comfy robes and slippers provided before taking advantage of the Lifehouse Spa facilities. Take a dip in the hydrotherapy or swimming pools, relax in the sauna, steam and salt inhalation room, or get physical in the gym. You are also welcome to explore the lovely grounds.  As part of your treat you’ll both receive a 25 minute treatment – choose between a relaxing massage or personalised facial.

In the evening you’ll receive a three-course dinner in the hotel dining room, and on the morning of your stay, enjoy a tasty full English breakfast before your room departure at 12.00. You are welcome to stay until 15.00 and enjoy the facilities after room check out.

Participant guidelines

• Minimum age: 16 (under 18s need to be accompanied by a paying adult)
• The Lifehouse Spa & Hotel is fully wheelchair accessible - if you have any specific needs please ask for more details when booking
• Hen and Stag party bookings are not accepted
• All bookings must be reserved in advance to avoid disappointment
• Bookings for more than 6 people are subject to availability and must be pre authorised by the hotel
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary

Availability

Available Sunday to Friday. Date restrictions including 24 December to 1 January, Valentines day and Bank Holidays will apply.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Check in from 15.00 on the day of arrival and check out by 12.00 on the morning of departure but please allow up to 15.00 to use the spa facilities.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

How it works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
