Under guidance from a professionally trained chef, you’ll learn how to make your own fresh pasta, such as cavatelli or gnocchi. Learn about perfectly paired sauces and unique methods of preparation from each Italian region, and cook up a storm before taking a seat to dine on your finished creation. What happens on the day?

Your 2 hour class will take place at Bellavita Academy in London. On arrival at the Bellavita Academy, you’ll be provided with an apron before getting down to the serious business of making your own pasta.

Learn tips and tricks from your expert master-chef as you create pasta and learn about how Italian regions vary in their preparation and chosen sauces.

At the end of your workshop, you’ll sit down to enjoy the pasta you’ve made, served up with prosecco and craft beer.

Your voucher is valid for 9 months from the date of issue

Availability

The experience is available on selected dates throughout the year.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow 2 hours for the full masterclass with additional time for dining.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it works
