"Improvement needed"

Very hard to book over the phone. Made a fuss about the voucher. Only got free cocktail when pushed. Promised a table over the phone but when we arrived were quickly told as we weren’t eating there would be no table. We were then left very quickly before we could respond. However one very kind member of staff found us a table about an hour in. Having said that the show itself was great fun! If they can improve customer service it’s a great night out!
