I took my partner to The Ritz for a birthday celebration. I would recommend this experience to any one. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was as amazing as the restaurant surroundings. The offer is excellent value for money as it does include three courses, bread and service charge. The only thing I would say is that Last Minute ought to change the way they send the voucher in the post and either allow for the voucher to be electronically sent to the recipient or provide for recorded delivery. My voucher was sent first class (only option available on Last minute website) and I never received it. As without the voucher code The Ritz cannot finalise the booking, I was about to cancel the whole order with Last Minute. However, Lucy Dark at Last Minute was very helpful and sent the voucher straight to The Ritz. This should not have happened as it was very stressful for me to have to liaise with Last Minute to find a solution to the 'lost' voucher in the post.
