What happens on the day?
Start your day with a 09.00 meet in the award winning Tap House ‘The Windsor Castle Inn’. Here, you will be greeted by the Sadler’s Ales brewers who will introduce themselves and explain what to expect from your day, over a cup of tea or coffee.
Head to the Brew House to start creating your own beer, it will take a while so in between certain brewing steps you can enjoy a full tour of the Brewery. You’ll then enjoy a breakfast, washed down with a few samples of beer before returning to your brewing. There will then be more time for beer tasting and questions over your light Ploughman's lunch, served at 13.00 and washed down with a pint of Sadler’s Ales’ finest.
Back at the Brewery you will learn about hops, fermentation and how to perfect your pint, this will continue till around 16.00 when you can retire to the Brewery Tap House to collect your gift and head home.
