Enjoy a Sunday roast at a boutique London Hotel, and fill yourselves with a portion each of finely-cooked meat, veg, Yorkshire puddings and lashings of gravy with this Champagne Sunday Roast for Two at The Melody Restaurant.
A gem in the heart of Kensington, the Melody Restaurant at St Paul’s Hotel has had a colourful history. It’s been both a school and a film set, as well as the location of the historic meeting of Eisenhower and Churchill to plan the D-Day landings before settling on its current form as a chic and sophisticated eatery. Back in 1884 when the St Paul’s Hotel was first built this area of Kensington was considered to be in the countryside, and just by stepping through the hotel entrance and into the Melody you’ll be transported back there as you look out across the hotel’s historic garden.
On a Sunday there’s nothing finer than to take your seats and have a Sunday roast provided for you, and here you’ll get to choose from a minimum of three meats (ideal for whatever meaty mood you’re in) to be served alongside all the trimmings and a glass of champagne to make your Sunday extra special.
On arrival at the St Paul’s Hotel in Kensington you’ll be directed through to the Melody Restaurant and take your seats for your delicious Sunday roast. You’ll each get to choose from a minimum of three meats as well as a selection of potatoes, vegetables, Yorkshire puddings and a healthy serving of gravy, all to enjoy with a glass of champagne each to wash it down in style.
