What happens on the day?

Your voucher includes a choice of two of the following four activities: a 45-minute Archery session, a 60-minute High Ropes session, a 60-minute Climbing session or a 30-minute Shooting Session.

As part of your experience, you’ll also be able to experience the Royal Marines-inspired Assault Course.

Participant guidelines

• Minimum age for climbing, high ropes and archery: 8 (8 and 9 year olds must be accompanied on the activity by a participating adult aged 18 or over. Participants aged 10 to 16 will need an adult present at check-in to sign waivers, but can enjoy the adventure unaccompanied)
• Minimum age for shooting: 10 (Participants aged 10 to 15 must be accompanied by a participating parent or guardian aged 18+ on a ratio of 1:1)
• Minimum height: 4ft 2in (1.3m)
• Maximum height: 6ft 7in (2.03m)
• Maximum weight: 21st 7lb (136kg)
• Some guests may find it difficult to fit into the high ropes harnesses even though they are within the weight limit due to their body shape. If you think you might have this issue please discuss when making your booking
• The experience is not suitable for pregnant women
• You must have a reasonable level of fitness
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary

Availability

The experience is available seven days a week. Exclusion dates including 25 December will apply.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please note - When you have exchanged your Virgin voucher for the QR code, used for booking, the experience can no longer be cancelled or exchanged

Please allow up to 2 hour 30 minutes for the full experience depending on the choice made (including registration and briefing). Please allow additional time to enjoy the Royal Marines-inspired assault course.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
