What happens on the day?
On arrival at The Ritz in London, you’ll be welcomed by the impeccably dressed doorman as you enter this 5* hotel’s dazzling entrance hall. Enjoy the luxurious décor and magnificent atmosphere as you make your way to the hotel’s flagship restaurant, where you’ll take your seats for your three-course Michelin-starred dinner for two.
You’ll receive a glass of chilled Champagne on arrival and enjoy attentive service from your personal waiter, who will take a few moments to present the menu and allow you to peruse the selection of wonderful options available. Your three-course meal will be complemented by a Ritz Sommelier’s choice of two glasses of wine each. The Ritz Sommeliers work with the culinary team and Head Chef to ensure only the best flavours are paired together for your meal.
Executive Chef John Williams MBE draws inspiration from classic dishes and uses only the finest seasonal produce to retain the natural aroma and flavours of his chosen ingredients, so you can expect a truly mouth-watering selection of dishes for your three-course dinner for two.

Your Ritz Restaurant Three-Course Dinner with Champagne for Two is available to book Sunday to Thursday throughout the year. The restaurant is open Monday to Thursday between 17.30 and 22.00 and Sunday between 19.00 and 22.30. From the last week in November each year, the restaurant will be closed on Wednesdays.
On Valentine's Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day your voucher will not be accepted due to the special menus available in the restaurant.
We recommend you book at least two weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. This is only a guideline and we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on your voucher. All bookings are subject to availability.
Enjoying your meal takes up to 2 hours 30 minutes. You should arrive ten minutes before your reservation time in order to fully enjoy The Ritz dining experience.

The Ritz London has a dress code in different areas of the hotel as follows: Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket and tie (jeans and sportswear are not permitted for either ladies or gentlemen) for afternoon tea in The Palm Court and for lunch and dinner in The Ritz Restaurant and Terrace. In all other areas of the hotel (The Ritz Restaurant breakfast service, The Rivoli Bar, The Long Gallery) and The Ritz Club, smart casual attire is required. Please note that shorts, trainers and sportswear are not permitted in any of the hotel or Club’s restaurants or bars.
What about insurance?
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
