What happens on the day?

On arrival at Bees for Business Honey Farm, you’ll kick things off with a unique mead tasting, where you can explore the taste of the world’s oldest alcoholic drink, before sampling ten unique types of honey in an exclusive tasting.

Put your newfound knowledge to the test in a honey pairing session: learn how honey can assist and enhance flavours in the kitchen, and create your own honey-based salad dressings. Finish things off by creating your own 100% beeswax candle to take home, along with a goody bag each.

Participant guidelines

• Minimum age: 16 (under 18s must be accompanied by a full paying adult)
• Do not participate if you have allergic reaction to honey
• The experience is not suitable for spectators
• The venue is a working rural farm. They are currently working to create an accessible site for all but if you have any special access requirements please contact us 
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary 

Availability

The experience is available on selected dates throughout the year. Exclusions may apply.

We recommend you book at least eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow 2 hours 30 minutes for the full experience.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
