Take a ride in the high speed ‘kaleidoscopic’ elevator up to The View from The Shard on levels 68 and 69, before reaching the ultimate 360-degree panorama on level 72. Your ticket for one adult to The View from the Shard should be pre-booked so you can arrive and make your way to the attraction, shortening the queueing time.
The entire experience is enjoyed at your leisure, queue and crowd free with no time restriction on your stay, although a typical visit lasts around one hour. You can take the elevator up to floors 68 and 69 and if you’re feeling super brave you can go all the way. Level 72 offers you a view like no other and is open top so you’ll feel free as a bird at 800ft.
Your voucher is valid until the date printed on it. It is essential that you book and take your experience before this date.
Entry can be booked seven days a week at an allotted time.

Tickets for The View from The Shard are non-transferable and non-refundable.
The View from The Shard opens at 10.00. Last entry varies depending on the time of year - please check for exact timings when booking. Bookings can be made between 24 hours and 4 months in advance, subject to availability, with a valid voucher.
The Voucher has a voucher number and a pin number which needs to be quoted when booking. Your e-ticket, which will be sent as confirmation of your booking, will include the 16 digit confirmation number to gain access into the attraction or The View from The Shard ticket.
A standard visit lasts approximately 1 hour, allowing ample time for you to relax and enjoy the city skyline at your leisure as there is no time restriction on your visit.
The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.

Loved the day, thought the staff were excellent. The views are brilliant and lovely to get a different view of London. You can get your photo taken there to keep the memory taken by a staff member.
