What happens on the day?

On arrival at your pre-booked Caffé Concerto, you’ll be welcomed by a friendly member of staff, who’ll show you through to your table.

Get ready to dine on three courses of delicious Italian fare from a set menu in elegant surroundings. The two of you can enjoy the likes of Soup de Jour, mushroom risotto and more for your first two courses, before topping things off with a tasty dessert from Caffé Concerto’s window display.

Bread and Olives
Traditional Bruschetta

Main:
Spaghetti Bolognese
Mushroom Risotto
Salmon Steak

Dessert:
A choice of desserts from the window display

Participant guidelines

• Minimum age: 16 (under 18s must be accompanied by a full paying adult)
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary 

Availability

Your voucher is valid seven days a week January to November (Monday to Friday only at Piccadilly location). Exclusions may apply. 

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow 1 hour 30 minutes for the full experience.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

How it works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
