What happens on the day?

Arrive at your chosen Virgin Active health club and you and your guest will be greeted by a friendly member of staff and shown around the facilities that are available to you. Relax and let the professional therapists take care of you and they will pamper you both with a 40 minute body massage, 25 minute hydrating facial and scalp massage, and a 5 minute cleansing exfoliation of the back.

Enjoy the extensive range of facilities during your time at the health club, including sauna, steam room and pool. Unwind and relax in this tranquil setting and emerge feeling like a new you after your Ultimate Pamper Day.

Participant guidelines

• Minimum age: 18
• Participants should be of reasonable health and fitness to enjoy all the facilities on offer (you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire before you can take your experience)
• Virgin Active reserves the right to refuse use of the club facilities (including treatments) and may request the presentation of a medical certificate
• If you have any concerns regarding medical conditions, please mention this when making your booking
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to location

Availability

Kindly note that you must book and take your experience before the expiry date on your voucher. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

This experience is available to book Monday to Thursday.

Please note: there is a £10 per person supplement for Friday to Sunday.

The experience provider reserves the right to change appointment times on the day should circumstances arise which are beyond their control.

Please note that Virgin Active operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy on all bookings once confirmed

We recommend you book at least eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability

Please allow approximately 4 hours for the experience, the actual length of the treatments will total 70 minutes.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

How it works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
